Parking Enforcement Systems, INC. is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the greater Birmingham area. Alabama state title work can be done for an additional $60.00 paid to the company at pick up. Out of state buyers will receive a bill of sale only.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. This is an internet only auction. There is a 13.5% buyer's premium; cash credit. 

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
